QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

You are an accomplished HR leader with a proven track record in driving performance and enhancing workplace culture. Skilled for Learning & Development Leadership, Organisational Development, Talent and Culture, you excel in strategic planning and team management. With strong commercial acumen and a focus on continuous improvement, you effectively address complex HR issues and implement frameworks that support business growth P&C strategy.

You will also possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; postgraduate preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop engaged, high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in change management, relationship building, and commercial acumen.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.

Responsibilities:

We’re seeking a dynamic leader to lead the functions of Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Talent and Culture at Auto & General including designing and implementing fit for purpose frameworks and providing expert advice to the businesses.
In this role, you will be establishing, running and improving the operating rhythm for Learning & Development Leadership, Organisational Development, Talent and Culture, development and improvement of People & Culture policies and Performance activities.
