POSITION OVERVIEW:

  • Strong, hands-on operational role model with a passion for hospitality, a charismatic presence, and with excellent communication skills.
  • This leader will develop and oversee the operation of the largest 5-star medical and wellness Spa Hotel Resort in the region, driving long-term growth and consolidating leadership in guest recognition and innovation.
  • The ideal candidate will be an inspirational and motivational leader, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in guest services and experiences while maintaining strong relations with all stakeholders in the company.
  • Additionally, he/she will play a key role in building a high-performing team through strategic recruitment, staff training, and development programs.

GUEST SERVICES & EXPERIENCE INNOVATION:

  • Continuously elevate the guest experience, developing new and innovative services and offerings that set the resorts apart from competitors in the region.
  • Lead a guest-centric approach, ensuring feedback is addressed proactively and guest satisfaction is consistently improved.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience, ensuring the resorts deliver world-class service.
