THE POSITION

Maali Group is seeking applications from experienced General Managers with multi-discipline experience based in Perth.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ensure appropriate operational, functional and management control processes are in place to achieve project objectives
• Strong ability to lead and guide your team to complete assigned project in accordance with contractual documentation, company standards and procedures, including supervising and scheduling project activities
• Develop and review civil/infrastructure/construction planning and monitor progress of allocated projects to ensure they are on schedule and within cost estimates
• Able to manager variations, liaising with clients and contract administrators
• Analysis and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract scope

• Safety focused and able to contribute to continual business development and improvements
