The Washington Marriott Capitol Hill is seeking a General Manager to lead the team. The General Manager will be responsible for managing hotel operations to maximize profits and achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Implement best practices to uphold quality and safety standards.

Your Background and Skills
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field is preferred.
10 years in operations management or similar leadership role in a full-service hotel.
Marriott experience is preferred.
Financial acumen and the ability to develop budgets, and manage financial performance.
