Job Description
General Manager of the Courtyard by Marriott in Burlington, North Carolina
The right candidate will have the capability to maintain the highest level of customer service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction, provide day-to-day leadership and direction by maximizing financial returns, driving development of people, creating and maintain a unique guest experience, marketing/sales, executing brand standards and building awareness of the hotel and brand in the local community.

Job Requirements

  • All candidates must have a minimum of five years’ experience in hotel operations
  • A self-starter with proven supervisory experience in the hotel industry
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules and hours as business dictates
  • Energetic with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to develop team member to their fullest potential
  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve with a positive attitude
  • Prior experience operating and leading a food and beverage operation within a hotel
  • Be able to analyze financials to drive revenues, future profitability and maximize market share
