JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for managing all regions that have Tied agents in achieving set sales targets, coaching, motivating, and managing the performance of regional Managers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
- Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
- Regulatory Exam – RE 5
- Completed FAIS credits
- Management related qualification
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 8 years face to face Sales experience
- Minimum 3 years in a regional manager role
- Solid understanding of Sales system and applicable processes that impact on the sales process
