Job Title: General Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a General Manager to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration.
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, from driving operational excellence to delivering exceptional customer experiences and maximizing profitability. You’ll be expected to recruit and coach team members, develop a business plan to achieve profitability goals, and monitor financials/operations of the office. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree or multiple years’ experience in Construction Management, Business Management, or related field
• Five plus years’ experience in a management role
• Experience with reading and interpreting financial statements.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in restoration or construction field.
• Experience in a Project Management and/or Estimator role.
• Sales experience
• General Contractor’s License
• Leadership Development Trainings
• IICRC certifications
