JOB SUMMARY

Our client, a concrete block and paving stone manufacturing company serving Grade A construction companies, is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee operations, drive production efficiency, and ensure quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, deep technical expertise, and a track record of managing production plants.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• HND/B.Sc. in Engineering (preferably Electrical) or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of supervisory experience in a production plant, preferably in the construction or manufacturing sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of production processes and equipment maintenance.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
