- Candidates must have relevant experience in real estate management and willing to travel to project sites as required
PROFILE OF IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in real estate management
- Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, financial analysis, and property management practices
- Good stakeholder management skills and expertise in operations management
- Meticulous, with good numerical sense and ability to think out of the box
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Responsibilities:
- General Management: Oversee the day-to-day functions of the various departments including Administration & Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, Sales & Marketing, Project Development & Management as well as the related legal and corporate matters
- Design, draft, review and implement related policies, regulations, procedures and systems for proper operations.
- Project Management: Project planning and feasibility analyses – conduct market research and feasibility studies to review and assess viability of large project masterplan with phased development.
- Lead the project development teams and is responsible for the project budgets and profit and loss.
- Project budgeting and financial management – cost estimates, expense tracking and financial reporting to the Management.
- Risk management – identify potential risks associated with the development project and implement strategies to mitigate them, including issues related to financing, construction delays or regulatory changes and challenges.
- Property Management: Oversee the preparation of the necessary Deeds of Restrictions / Master Deeds / House Rules / Construction and Fit-out Guidelines and Rules for each project to be completed.
- Sales & Marketing: Together with the respective sales & marketing directors / managers, develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for the projects undertaken.
- Manage relationships with clients, consultants, various government and other agencies related to sales and marketing activities.
