JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Drive Sales and Maximize Profitability: Implement brand sales initiatives, create action plans to achieve sales targets, and analyze sales data to optimize revenue while managing expenses effectively.
• Achieve High Service Standards: Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service, provide continuous coaching on service and selling skills, and handle customer complaints efficiently.
• Maintain Best Retail Standards: Oversee store operations, including opening/closing procedures, visual merchandising, and staff supervision, ensuring stocks and fixtures are well-maintained at all times.
• Strategic Partnership : Collaborate with the Head of Sales to enhance retail performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure Inventory Integrity: Manage inventory, conduct regular stocktakes, and address any discrepancies promptly to maintain accurate inventory records and minimize losses.
• Action Plan Development : Support Store Managers in creating and implementing action plans to meet performance targets.
• Floor Management : Implement best practices in floor management, maintaining a strong store presence to support and guide store managers.
• Reporting and Forecasting : Prepare and present reports, budgets, and forecasts, including market and competitor analysis.
• Provide Team Leadership: Lead recruitment efforts, conduct staff training and development, facilitate regular meetings, and oversee performance evaluations to maintain a positive and professional work environment in line with company standards.
