RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full sales & product knowledge
- Schedule and managing a team; including recruitment, training and development, coaching and discipline management
- Attend and contribute to regular operations meeting focused on profit and revenue, labour and employee feedback
- Daily inventory to ensure the business is set up for success for the following shift
- Liquor license compliance
- Champion internal feedback and hook up programs
- Marketing and event execution
