We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team at Stonesedge Kitchen!

  • Hospitality/Marketing/Sales background
  • Guest experience focused and maintaining community connections
  • Administration and computer skills (Microsoft products, POS, employee timekeeping programs)
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong communication skills and ability to react calmly to challenging and stressful situations

Stonesedge Kitchen is nestled in the heart of Whistler, renowned for its commitment to exceptional food, warm hospitality, and welcoming atmosphere. We pride ourselves on offering a diverse menu crafted from locally sourced ingredients, complemented by an extensive selection of wines, craft beers, and signature cocktails. Our aim is to create memorable dining experiences that keep our guests coming back.
The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with a keen eye for detail and a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Full sales & product knowledge
  • Schedule and managing a team; including recruitment, training and development, coaching and discipline management
  • Attend and contribute to regular operations meeting focused on profit and revenue, labour and employee feedback
  • Daily inventory to ensure the business is set up for success for the following shift
  • Liquor license compliance
  • Champion internal feedback and hook up programs
  • Marketing and event execution
  • Uphold Gibbons Core Values
