Responsibilities:

  • You’ll drive transformative initiatives to position PC+ for continued success. This includes expansion, scaling international and warehouse services, establishing a cutting-edge rail freight forwarding service, and strengthening the core domestic network.
  • Drive the strategic growth of PC+, aligning with the broader ecosystem strategy of the Group.
  • Strengthen and optimize the core domestic transport offering, focusing on capacity, reliability, partnerships, optimization, and resilience.
  • Build and mature the capabilities (people, process, and technology) to support a scaled warehouse and international offering.
  • Establish a PC+ Rail Freight Forwarding business, executing Primary Connect’s direct rail strategy.
  • Develop and deliver a produce, ambient, and TC hub strategyMaintain close alignment between network capacity and capability with the sales pipeline.
