Description:
Reporting to the Executive Director this strategic role has plenty of scope and influence. A key focus will re-invigorating meaningful strategic engagement with Competenz industry associations, key employers, Workforce Development Councils, and training partners. Partnering with the Executive Director and SLT this role will be an advocate, lobbying to influence the future approach of work-based learning ensuring there is a positive direction for industry training and that Competenz industries voices are heard.
Evaluating service models and training delivery you will partner with the SLT and key stakeholders to ensure Competenz is abreast of change, competitive with new products and services where the needs of priority learners and industry are always at the forefront.
To be successful, you will bring inspirational leadership, confidence to lead change and experience in creating a culture of innovation and operational excellence. Commercially savvy, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior role drawing from your vocational education expertise you will thrive knowing you can make a difference and improve outcomes for learners, employers and staff.
