Description:

  • Lead and coordinate project staff and resources to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.
  • Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
  • Communicate proactively the status, issues, and risks involved in the project to all stakeholders.
  • Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.Manage budgeting and forecasting, ensuring projects are completed within the approved budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree knowledge level in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering.
  • At least 20 years working experience in chemistry and chemical engineering-related work.
  • Worked on multiple new chemical factory construction projects.
  • Experience in managing projects multiple times.
  • Speaking English and preferably Japanese.
