Responsibilities:

This is a Full Time position within the Division of Surgery.
You will be responsible for has ensuring accountability for access and performance in the Division’s delivery of high quality, safe and efficient surgical and procedural care to babies and children; optimising access and flow, patient safety, staff capability and wellbeing and enabling organisational, budgetary and workforce sustainability. You will use business intelligence instruments to identify emerging trends and support evidence-informed decisions for improved clinical care and organisational efficiency.
