Description:
Cliste Hospitality is delighted to be taking on the management of the Keadeen Hotel in Newbridge Co Kildare, with that we are currently on the lookout for a General Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations to ensure the highest standards of service, guest satisfaction, and profitability.

Committed to excellence in service, innovation in amenities, and a passion for hospitality, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as General Manager.
This role requires a leader with exceptional management skills, a keen business acumen, and a genuine dedication to delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry, with a track record of success in driving profitability and guest satisfaction.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyse data, develop budgets, and make strategic decisions to optimise revenue and control costs.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals and deliver exceptional service.
- Deep understanding of hotel operations, industry trends, and customer preferences.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Lead and manage all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and other departments, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery.
- Guest Experience: Uphold the iNUA standard of excellence in guest service, anticipating needs, resolving issues promptly, and fostering a culture of hospitality among team members.
- Financial Management: Develop and implement strategic plans to maximise revenue, minimise expenses, and achieve financial targets while maintaining quality and guest satisfaction.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to brand standards, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices to maintain the highest level of quality and compliance.
- Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for revenue growth, promotional activities, and effective positioning in the market.
- Community Engagement: Act as a brand ambassador, representing the hotel within the local community and building relationships with key stakeholders.
