REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
- Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
