We are seeking a big personality to lead Torrisdale Tavern, located in the vibrant South Side of Glasgow. We are on the lookout for a dynamic General Manager to lead our team and elevate our establishment to new heights.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
  • Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the gastro pub, ensuring exceptional service and smooth workflow.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
