With locations in Yallah and Figtree, we offer general veterinary services, advanced medical & surgical offerings, supported by rehabilitation services. We have a small animal focus but interesting variety that comes with the recent merger of Cannon & Ball Vets, with an avian & exotic focus.
Our team is awesome, and we are looking for an awesome leader. We have a mix of highly skilled vets and a fantastic nursing & client service team who are very experienced, knowledgeable and passionate. You will find our team very welcoming, and they will always support you to achieve the best outcome for our patients whilst having fun doing it!
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our veterinary hospitals. Strong remuneration, Full-Time permanent role with strong support from Directors within the Hospital.

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our veterinary hospital and drive our mission of delivering the highest standards of veterinary care.

• Culture, People, and Team Leadership: Supporting our team to ensure clear role responsibilities, a harmonious culture, and staff retention.
• Leadership and Planning: Foster a positive hospital culture based on site values, vision, and mission. Develop and implement business strategy including, annual plans, focusing on innovation.
• Financial Accountability: Drive revenue increases while managing expenses within the budget. Oversee hospital expenditure, including capex requests and ROI calculations.
• Operations: Oversee daily hospital operations, including workflow, business functions, and staffing levels.
• Client Service, Business Development, and Marketing: Promote strong relationships with Client’s suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Regulatory Requirements: Ensure all necessary licenses are maintained and compliance with regulations. Manage records of medicines and adhere to relevant policies.
