Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, including food production, preparation, and customer service.
- Ensure that the kitchen operates efficiently and meets all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage and supervise a team of both front of house, and kitchen staff.
- Train and develop employees to maintain high standards of quality and service.
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the senior team to develop and implement policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or culinary setting.
- Strong knowledge of food production and kitchen operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
