Our client is a leading timber manufacturing company and is seeking a General Operator to join Longford team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in the production process and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the manufacturing facility. It is full-time, long-term position.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred..
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Sort, grade, and stack timber products according to quality standards
• Use hand and power tools to perform basic tasks such as cutting, sanding, and drilling.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and equipment.
• Assist with shipping and receiving of products as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and ensure timely delivery of products.
