We are seeking an experienced General Project Manager (f/m/d) to lead our logistics and warehouse processes team at Hitachi Energy Sweden. As a General Project Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing standardized processes, ensuring seamless logistics operations, and supporting business growth. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and drive process improvements. YOUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in project management and logistics/warehouse processes
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Familiarity with logistics and warehouse software and tools
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and drive continuous improvement

Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement standardized logistics and warehouse processes aligned with the business requirements of PGHV BU
  • Execute and continuously improve logistics and warehouse processes
  • Maintain relevant master data and establish efficient workflows
  • Set up Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for smooth logistics and warehouse operations
  • Support the rollout of new functionalities within the Global Template
  • Identify best practices and facilitate knowledge transfer across the organization
  • Ensure a smooth process flow across adjacent interfaces
