REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, or a related field
- Master’s degree and / or an MBA, and/or evidence of a strong academic record
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in top tier management consulting firm, with a focus on organization restructuring, transformation projects, project management and change management
- Proven track record of delivering pharma-specific projects, including drug commercialization, portfolio strategy, and market access.
- Strong client management experience, particularly within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage but not essential.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Health Consultant with Pharmaceutical industry experience to join our high-performing consulting team. This opportunity is perfect for professionals with a deep focus on the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of pharma consulting experience, preferably from top-tier consulting firms. This role will involve leading complex projects in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and healthcare, with a focus on strategy, commercialization, and market access.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of organizational health, including leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, employee engagement, culture, and overall organizational effectiveness.
- Develop tailored strategies to improve organizational performance, drive cultural change, and enhance leadership capabilities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership teams to design and implement organizational health initiatives that align with business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
- Facilitate workshops, leadership development programs, and team-building sessions to strengthen team cohesion and enhance leadership effectiveness.
- Use data-driven insights and diagnostic tools to evaluate organizational health metrics, identify areas of improvement, and recommend solutions to address employee well-being, engagement, and retention.
- Support project teams in delivering strategic solutions across a range of industries, including but not limited to, Energy & Utilities, Healthcare, Mobility, FMCG, Public Sector, etc.
- Develop innovative strategies and actionable recommendations to help clients improve operational efficiency and achieve long-term business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement key initiatives, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Craft in-depth data analyses to drive sophisticated hypothesis generation and present findings and strategic insights to senior management and client stakeholders.
- Prepare high quality presentations/proposals for clients including visually compelling documents, reports, and charts.
- Assist project team with client relationship development, client need identification and proposal preparation
- Promote high standards of service delivery and support team members to achieve client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
