JOB DESCRIPTION:
To provide human resources generalist support to the human resources team and site personnel. Support will include a range of HR functions including employee relations, data entry and HRIS system updates, compensation, HR dashboard and metric maintenance, report generation, AAP/EEO reporting, and training.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR or related field, or 7 years related experience in lieu of degree.
- SHRM-CP, PHR desired
- FDA Regulated Industry experience desired
- Microsoft Office
- PeopleSoft, ADP or other HRIS system experience desired
- Experience in a HR and/or benefit or payroll analytics
- Ability to develop training material and present to all levels of the organization.
- Experience handling analytic requirements of large scale and ability to multi-task projects with limited direction.
- Must be able to work autonomously in a self-motivated manner.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a confidential manner.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer focused; team oriented.
- Demonstrated ability to cope well with change, risk, and uncertainty (ambiguity) and act decidedly with incomplete or imperfect information.

Shift: Day
Compensation: This position pays $67,725- $96,000 with opportunity for growth, promotions, and annual raises.
