JOB DESCRIPTION:

To provide human resources generalist support to the human resources team and site personnel. Support will include a range of HR functions including employee relations, data entry and HRIS system updates, compensation, HR dashboard and metric maintenance, report generation, AAP/EEO reporting, and training.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR or related field, or 7 years related experience in lieu of degree.
  • SHRM-CP, PHR desired
  • FDA Regulated Industry experience desired
  • Microsoft Office
  • PeopleSoft, ADP or other HRIS system experience desired
  • Experience in a HR and/or benefit or payroll analytics
  • Ability to develop training material and present to all levels of the organization.
  • Experience handling analytic requirements of large scale and ability to multi-task projects with limited direction.
  • Must be able to work autonomously in a self-motivated manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a confidential manner.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer focused; team oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to cope well with change, risk, and uncertainty (ambiguity) and act decidedly with incomplete or imperfect information.
  • This position requires a high level of interpersonal skills with which to effectively manage conflict at all levels in the organization.

Shift: Day
Compensation: This position pays $67,725- $96,000 with opportunity for growth, promotions, and annual raises.
