REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related area.
  • Proficient in English Language (written and spoken)
  • 2+ years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Able to work on different shifts (including third shift) as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of discretion, diplomacy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and procurement of proper manpower, by participating in the selection of employees.
  • Conduct and/or coordinate interviewing, pre-employment testing and personal background checks, in order to reduce turnover, and to develop a quality workforce.
  • Facilitate employee labor relations through active communications between management and employee and provide consistent interpretation and application of company policies to maintain employee morale and a union free workplace.
  • Support company policies through proper communications to employees in order to maintain consistency in their applications.
  • This position / function must be responsible for understanding and following the requirements of the Safety, Health and Environment administration system, its Policy, standards and procedures.
  • Follow up projects assigned by management.
  • Creation of different reports as required by site and/or corporate management on a weekly basis.
  • Ensures the correct process of the different movements in the EC and Tress systems in time, for the correct transition to the interface (supervisor changes, cost center changes, work schedule changes).
  • Attention to employees, disciplinary reports (absenteeism, delays), resignations.
  • Administer labor agreements.
  • Monitoring of Amazon audits and process requirements.
  • Receive, respond, and follow up with finance on notifications for child support for discount.
  • Projects like values, Code of Ethics and Commmalert and provide curses of different subjects such as DIBN, Leadership, Communication.
  • Cases of monitoring employees for violations of conduct (administrative minutes or dismissals depending on the case).
  • Sending the payment report of interns to the payroll department.
  • Verification of resignations movements to download IDSE report.
  • Execute renewals and contract expirations.
  • Sending salary vacancy reports for approval.
  • Verification of Direct Labor salary change movements to download IDSE report.
  • Monitoring direct and indirect labor level changes.
  • Review of level changes and approval of movements in EC System.
  • 5s audit.
  • Committees of Labor and cafeteria meetings scheduling.
  • Personnel hiring: Reception of applications; calls to candidates; interviews; Documents reception; registration of personnel in EC; Offer; Incorporation of personnel.
  • Recruitment of professional interns/residents, required by the departments.
  • Translations of documents and presentations.
  • Monitoring of sporting events programming
  • Growing Program Monitoring.
  • Contract terminations, RIF, follow up, and recommendation letters.
  • Preparation of organizational communications.
  • Preparation of satisfaction surveys.
  • Preparation of decision matrices.
  • Support in engagement events
