Support the Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist by assisting with all modalities of therapeutic care for intermediate care and reablement patients. Support the Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist by providing supervision and assessment of support worker competencies. To provide care to the patients, as delegated by the Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist, to the extent of own competencies.
Participate in project work, audits and provision of relevant statistics which may be for the benefit of patients or the Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist and @Home Service. To promote independence, health and well-being and safety within the home and local environments. Develop a patient centred approach to engaging patients in routine therapeutic occupations following the aims/methods given by the Therapist and to adjust own clinical interventions based on the fluctuating needs of the person
