Description:
Genesis Kitchener-Waterloo is looking for an experienced and professional full-time luxury sales consultant to join our growing sales team. Your role will be to educate clients about our brand and work with them to find the vehicle that best suits their needs. You will provide a customer-focused, low-pressure sales style that builds relationships while creating excitement and engagement with the brand in an authentic and transparent way.
Compensation is base salary plus commission with the opportunity to earn customer satisfaction bonuses.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Understand and commit to the Genesis culture of providing exceptional customer experiences and going above and beyond to impress our guests.
- Respond to and follow-up on online, phone and in-person leads
- Conduct in-store and off-site vehicle demonstrations & deliveries
- Handle the entire sales process from prospecting, sales, F&I sales, financing, paperwork, delivery and follow-up
- Build & maintain a client base through consistent follow-up and relationship building
- Consistently achieve high customer satisfaction scores on follow-up surveys.
- Stay up-to-date on your knowledge of the Genesis product line and its competitors in the marketplace
- Work independently as part of a small dedicated Genesis team
Skills & Qualifications
- A proven track-record of customer relationship management and high level of customer service in a sales role. Automotive experience or knowledge is an asset
- You are outgoing with a friendly personality who is comfortable working with people and able to overcome objections in a professional manner
- You have exceptional organizational skills, are results-oriented and comfortable multi-tasking
- Must possess strong and polished written and oral communication skills.
- Comfortable working with financial calculations
- Fluency in professional-level English is a requirement; having a second language is an asset
- You have a clean and valid Ontario G Driver’s License
- You are able to work evenings & weekends as scheduled. You must also be flexible to sometimes change or extend your working hours as needed to accommodate client requests
