Job Description:

GENESYS DEVELOPER WITH INBOUND ARCHITECT FLOW WITH SOME OUTBOUND EXPERIENCE, SCRIPT DEVELOPMENT, AND TROUBLESHOOTING EXPERIENCE

Required:
1. skills in Genesys Cloud CX platform.
2. Developing inbound call flows using data inputs ,data actions and Genesys Cloud API
3. Developing inqueue flow ,outbound flow, email, and chat
4. Script development for screenpop and updating the script in call flows before transferring to ACD queue for agents to have customized screen pop up .
5. Integrations of data actions, services and Genesys cloud API and using them in Call flows
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200,000.00-$290,000.00 per year
