JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct field geological exploration, including mapping, sampling and drilling programs.
  · Analyze geological data to identify mineralization patterns and assess the potential of mineral deposits.
  · Design and implement exploration strategies and programs aligned with company objectives.
  · Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including geophysicists, geochemists and engineers, to integrate geological data and support project development.
  · Prepare detailed geological reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
  · Ensure all exploration activities comply with health, safety and environmental regulations.
  · Engage with local communities and stakeholders to promote sustainable and responsible exploration practices.
  · Keep up to date with the latest geological surveys, exploration technologies and industry trends.

JOB EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Earth Sciences or related field (Master’s degree is preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mineral exploration, with at least 3 years of experience working.
In-depth knowledge of Angolan geology, including its stratigraphy, tectonics and mineral deposits.
Proven experience in designing and executing exploration programs, including drilling, sampling and data analysis.
Proficiency in geological software and tools (e.g. GIS, 3D modeling software and geostatistics).
