SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & QUALIFICATIONS
The individual in this role will have:
- Geologist with a minimum of a B.Sc. in Geology (or equivalent).
- 5-10 years of related experience for a Geologist (including: wells/caverns; drilling/completions and workovers)
- APEGA membership
- Highly functional in mapping tools such as GeoScout to generate comprehensive mappings.
- Log Analysis, DST Interpretation and Core analyses interpretation.
- Solid understanding of government submissions for the provincial regulatory agencies.
- Sample and Core Descriptions.
- Field experience as a site geologist and/or an Oil and Gas Producer would be an asset.
- Advanced computer skills – Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to travel to field locations occasionally.

- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multi-task
- Work effectively independently and in a team environment.
- High level of integrity and honesty
- Ability to develop strong client relationships (with both internal and external clients)
