Description:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS TRAINING:

  • Degree in architecture or a related field, ideally complemented by training in project management or engineering.

EXPERIENCE :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience coordinating and managing real estate development projects, with projects demonstrating successful management from design to construction stages.

SKILLS :

  • In-depth technical skills: Detailed understanding of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and civil aspects of construction projects.
  • Coordination skills: Proven ability to coordinate and integrate the work of different trades, with concrete examples of interdisciplinary conflict management and plan optimization.
  • Communication and negotiation skills: Excellent communication skills to negotiate with suppliers, engage with authorities and lead project teams.
  • Managing multiple projects: Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects within tight deadlines, while maintaining a high standard of quality and compliance.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and the local language, if different, to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Advanced technical skills: Mastery of AutoCAD and Revit software essential to support effective BIM (Building Information Modeling) management. The manager must be able to propose to professionals, through sketches, ideas to develop and complete certain aspects of the plans. This skill will ensure better integration of the different technical specialties and continuous optimization of the project under development.

Responsibilities:

ROLE AND OBJECTIVES

The Project Manager is responsible for managing residential real estate development projects, overseeing the planning phases through to the start of construction. This role requires interaction with government authorities, expertise in value engineering, and coordination with the effective team of various professionals involved, ensuring the seamless integration of architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural and civilians.
