REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Graduated) in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineer, or related Careers.
• Previous experience (+2 years) in similar positions (Experience in commercial negotiations and relationships with dealers and/or distributors).
• Microsoft Office: intermediate level.
• English: intermediate level.
• Availability to work in a hybrid regime (once a week in person at the offices located in Vicente López, Buenos Aires, Argentina and the rest of the time the position requires visits to the dealers and/or distributors)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Advanced student or postgraduated/MBA will be valued.
• Experience in the automotive industry, mass consumption, retail or similar jobs.

The main challenge of the position will be to collaborate with the dealers in their assigned area so that they achieve the objectives of subscriptions, patents and monitoring of key business indicators.
To do this, the District Manager must establish a relationship of trust with their dealers, through visits and direct contact, detailed knowledge of the Savings Plan and processes, and respond to any problems that may arise.
