As an Account Executive, you will be our newest team member and a part of our existing DACH sales team which is currently made of 4 superstars: Mahabat, Julia, Svenja, and Tobias.

  • Is fluent in both English and German‍
  • Has previous experience in B2B sales (with SaaS/HR platforms is a plus)
  • Familiar and comfortable with outbound sales
  • Has the will to push hard and keep high activity
  • ️ Has a positive and caring attitude

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales and business to meet your monthly quota
  • Overall responsible for the whole sales cycle from Prospecting to booking and conducting meetings, negotiation to closing.
  • Be able to generate your qualified leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and using other social networks such as LinkedIn.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
  • Develop and maintain both product and industry knowledge.
  • Co-develop the Go-to-market strategy for the DACH markets.
