Here at BESTSELLER our Customer Service Team is fundamental to the success of our business. Via email and live support, we serve and support customers across the world in 10+ languages. We take pride in ensuring a seamless and quality-focused customer experience, constantly looking for ways to improve our services across all BESTSELLER E-Commerce brands and beyond.
As a German Customer Operations Agent, you will be part of our energetic and international team. You will be supporting our E-commerce customers from multiple markets to ensure that they always receive “above and beyond” treatment. We believe excellence is not a destination but a process.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Fluent in English and German are mandatory. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in fashion and you are preferably an avid online shopper
  • Experience in previous customer service or similar environment are a big plus

This position will be working in the Customer Operations team in our Amsterdam office in the Netherlands. Please note we are only looking for a full-time employee.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate via different channels (chat, WhatsApp, e-mail, phone and through partners)
  • Investigate inquiries using internal and external stakeholders and systems
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of macros and (when created) phone scripts in relevant languages and English
  • Be able to process orders through various systems
  • Make claims
  • Process refunds
  • Identify fraudulent behavior
  • Attend meetings and trainings to ensure knowledge is up-to-date
  • Translate text for customer contacts on an ad-hoc basis
  • Be a team player and assist colleagues when needed
  • Raise any areas of improvement with your Customer Operations Senior
