• Demonstrated ability to work independently with excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Thorough preparation of board meetings, including drafting agendas, reports, and resolutions.
• Coordination of board meetings and precise drafting of minutes for discussions.
• Managing official company correspondence and communication, including letters, reports, and legal notices.
• Monitoring and updating company legal documents in compliance with current regulations.
• Close collaboration with external lawyers and legal advisors to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
• Active involvement in managing and resolving complex legal and administrative issues.
