We’re on the lookout for rockstar German speaking Enterprise Sales Development Representatives to join our team. As an SDR at Secomea, you’ll be the backbone of our sales force, researching global companies, identifying needs and challenges, and setting up qualified first appointments for our sales team.
You’ll be part of a dynamic, diverse, and vibrant team that’s growth-focused, fun, energized, and innovative. With over 8,000 customers, including some of the world’s largest manufacturers and machine builders, Secomea is a Danish company making waves in the global market. Founded 15 years ago, our headquarters is in Copenhagen, Herlev, Denmark, with offices in China, Japan, and the US.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a tech company with global B2B sales processes.
We’re looking for candidates based in Denmark, but after an introductory period, you can work hybrid-remote up to 50% of the week. Enjoy the flexibility to work from wherever you feel most productive :)

Your Role and Responsibilities

We’re growing fast and have built an awesome outbound team over the last 2 years to help us reach our goals. As an SDR at Secomea, you’ll play a key role in our sales team. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Research: Dive into global companies in our target segments and see if they’re a good fit for our solutions.
  • Reach Out: Connect with key stakeholders and map out the influencers and decision-makers.
  • Identify Needs: Spot the needs and pains of potential clients to spark their interest in our remote access solution, then connect them with our Account Executives.
  • Discovery Demos: Run your own initial discovery demos.
  • Deliver Leads: Set up qualified first appointments by engaging with prospects, uncovering their business pains and goals.
  • Collaborate: Work with our internal teams (Marketing/Inbound, Account Executives, Partnerships) to land new business.

Who You Are

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or sales development, especially in SaaS enterprise segments.
  • You’re not afraid to pick up the phone and aren’t discouraged by a few “no’s.”
  • You listen well, understand client needs, and build strong professional relationships through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • You’re organized and detail-oriented, following sales processes and using tools like Salesforce.
  • You’re proactive and ambitious, with the drive to build a solid pipeline and meet targets in a competitive sales environment.
  • You thrive in a high-activity setting.
  • You’re fluent in written and spoken English.
  • We value diversity and prefer candidates fluent in Spanish, French, or German.
