ABOUT YOU

We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team for a full-time position.

Please note: Due to legal and operational constraints, we can only consider applicants who possess valid and relevant work permits that allow full-time employment in Germany.

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience with technical Salesforce implementations in either consulting or end-customer roles.
  • Languages: Fluent in both German and English. Fluency in German is essential for candidates applying for the position in Germany.
  • Certifications: Current Salesforce certifications, including but not limited to Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant. If not certified, willingness to achieve relevant certifications within the first 6-12 months.
  • Customer Skills: Excellent listening skills with the ability to fully understand customer needs. Capable of defining specific client requirements and translating them into solid implementation plans, focusing on customer success.
  • Project Management: Ability to evaluate and manage multiple customer solutions and projects simultaneously.
  • Salesforce Configuration Expertise: Experience in:
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud (e.g., Opportunity Management, Forecasting, Reports & Dashboards, Account & Contact Management, etc.)
  • Salesforce Service Cloud (e.g., Service Console, Entitlement Processes, Omni-Channel, CTI Integrations, Knowledge Management, etc.)
  • Salesforce Customer 360 Platform (e.g., Custom Objects, Flow Automations, Lightning Record Pages, etc.)
  • Desirable Skills: Experience or willingness to gain experience in related Salesforce technologies, including but not limited to CPQ, Revenue Cloud, B2B Commerce, Experience Cloud, Field Service, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Team player with excellent interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with clients and team members to achieve outstanding results.
  • Customer Relations: Strong customer-facing skills; ability to build and manage long-term client relationships.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills; ability to define and address customer needs.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
