Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

In this high-profile position, you will assist the Marketing Manager in defining strategies and implementing the annual brand marketing plans for the Atypique brand. As a key member of the Atypique marketing team, you will play a key role in driving relevance with consumers to drive growth for this portfolio in both the short and long term.

REQUIREMENTS

  • University Degree in Business and/or Marketing;
  • 2-3 years’ experience in product and/or brand management, preferably in the food and/or consumer product industries;
  • Experience with product and packaging development;
  • Experience with marketing project management and coordination within a company;
  • Experience in working as part of a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate to develop the long-term strategy and annual marketing plans for Atypique;
  • Build and develop clear communication internally (cross-functionally) and with all agency partners that give focused direction to develop programs that build equity and deliver results;
  • Assist in managing all brand projects including, but not limited to, advertising (digital & social), PR (content creators, events), sponsorships, packaging;
  • Support product development and project management for new products for the portfolio;
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing Manager and Insights team to identify Canadian market trends, consumer and shopper insights that support portfolio growth;
  • Work in collaboration with the Omnichannel team, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Sales Commercialization teams to execute the annual plan;
  • Analyze business results to ensure strategies are working and objectives are being realized;
  • Actively co-manage the brand marketing budget
