• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of combined experience in predevelopment and preconstruction management, with a focus on multi-residential projects.
• Strong understanding of construction principles, building codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. English proficiency is required as the position involves interacting with English-speaking Canadian and American clients. Strong written, verbal, and reading skills in English are necessary.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of sustainable design and construction practices is an asset.
