QUALIFICATIONS DE BASE

• 3 ans ou plus d’expérience dans la formation et le développement des talents au niveau d’une organisation ou d’une division.
• Plus d’un an dans un rôle de conseil en contact avec les clients, avec des dirigeants ou des cadres supérieurs et/ou avec de multiples parties prenantes/flux de travail.
• Plus d’un an d’expérience dans la gestion de comptes ou de projets/programmes.
