REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field with more than 5 years of experience in a creative agency.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong project management, financial understanding and leadership skills.
  • An intricate understanding of the creative process.
  • Bilingual. Excellent communication, written and verbal skills, in both French and English.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and organize workload.

Responsibilities:

ROLE

At Sid Lee, our Resourcing Managers are the orchestrators of talent, ensuring the seamless allocation of resources across our diverse portfolio of projects. As a Senior Resourcing Manager, you’ll be the central point of contact between all Department Heads in Montreal, navigating the needs of each project with precision and creativity.
You’ll play a key role in freelance recruitment, collaborating closely with HR to align the right talent to the right projects. Working in tandem with our Senior Resourcing Managers in the US and Toronto, you’ll help manage our North American talent pool, ensuring we operate as a unified entity across borders.
This role is critical to the timely delivery of our work. You’ll be responsible for overseeing project resourcing, preemptively addressing any potential challenges and keeping Account Managers and Department Heads informed of any resourcing constraints that could impact timelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the go-to for resource bookings, navigating confirmations, resolving conflicts, and crafting solutions that align with our business goals.
  • Proactively address and resolve any scheduling or booking conflicts, ensuring smooth operations across teams.
  • Oversee resourcing forecasts, working closely with teams to anticipate and meet project needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on all current and upcoming projects, as well as new business opportunities, to ensure resourcing aligns with agency activities.
  • Facilitate discussions on resource scheduling and resolve any issue related to resource allocations.
  • Monitor workload of teams and manage allocations to guarantee timely delivery and overall quality.
  • Analyze and report on capacity management to keep a pulse on resource availability and project demands.
  • Play an active role in recruitment, maintaining a dynamic roster of potential candidates and freelancers to meet both current and future casting needs.
