Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the VP of Strategy & Impact, the Manager of Total Rewards is a pivotal role at Plusgrade, aimed at developing and implementing innovative total rewards strategies that attract, retain, and motivate our global workforce. This role is integral to creating a comprehensive rewards program that supports our business objectives and fosters a culture of high performance and engagement. You will own the design, implementation and lead execution of the programs you design. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our compensation, equity, benefits, perks, rewards, and other incentive programs are competitive and aligned with our strategic goals.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

In this dynamic and evolving role, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team, focusing on the strategic application of total rewards to drive business outcomes.
  • Strategize, implement, and optimize compensation and equity programs to support operational excellence and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Design and manage benefits and perks programs, continuously assessing and innovating our offerings to meet the needs of a diverse and global workforce.
  • Create and manage rewards and recognition programs that recognize and reward employee contributions and achievements, driving engagement and performance.
  • Ensure all total rewards programs are designed with a global perspective, taking into account the diverse needs of our international workforce.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and board members, to ensure alignment and support for total rewards initiatives.
  • Demonstrate strong abilities to manage up and influence decisions.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure our total rewards packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation of total rewards initiatives.
