VOS QUALIFICATIONS DE BASE :
3 à 6 ans d’expérience en conseil en gestion, en finance ou dans un rôle opérationnel au sein d’une start-up.
Hautement analytique, maîtrise la structuration d’idées et présentation de données avec la capacité de quantifier des idées complexes dans des présentations claires et convaincantes.
Capacité à établir des priorités efficacement avec de solides compétences organisationnelles, une bonne gestion des parties prenantes, une gestion du temps et à l’aise de travailler dans l’ambiguïté.
Excellent(e) communicateur(trice) qui saura mettre en œuvre des changements dans une organisation dynamique, présenter efficacement ses idées d’amélioration et avoir la confiance pour représenter le groupe nesto auprès de partenaires externes importants.
Obsédé(e) par les processus, apportant des solutions aux problèmes qui répondent aux défis d’aujourd’hui et à grande échelle.
Un esprit curieux pour explorer des idées audacieuses, de nouvelles technologies et innover intelligemment.
Maîtrise de l’anglais oral et écrit. La personne choisie aura à interagir en anglais dans 80% de ses tâches puisque nos équipes sont réparties partout au Canada.
AUTRES QUALIFICATIONS :
Atout important : volonté de travailler fréquemment en présentiel dans l’un de nos bureaux principaux à Montréal, Toronto, Calgary ou Vancouver. Votre présence est essentielle à votre influence.
Atout : expérience de travail avec des données utilisant SQL ou Python, ou d’autres outils de modélisation de données.
Atout : expérience dans le secteur hypothécaire ou financier.

YOUR BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-6 years experience in management consulting, finance, or hands-on operational role in a start-up
- Highly analytical, master of structuring ideas and data into spreadsheets with an ability to quantify complex ideas into clear and compelling business cases
- Ability to prioritize effectively with strong organizational skills, wise stakeholder management, time management and comfort operating in ambiguity
- Strong communicator in order to enact change across a growing organization, effectively present your ideas for change, and be a trusted face to represent nesto group with senior partners

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

ABOUT THE ROLE
Growth Operations drives the rapid scaling of our business operations and delivers complex high-value enterprise wide projects. In this role, you will achieve this in two ways: (1) work closely with a functional leader to equip their team with world class processes and technology and (2) be the owner of strategic high impact cross-functional projects.
A successful Growth Operations Manager is the rare individual who masters analytical skills to identify and deliver the highest value opportunities possible, just as well as the soft skills required to wield influence to win challenging business cases and lead the change management for the changes you are implementing. Underpinned by a strong sense of ownership, your willpower is what gets challenging projects to the finish line.
You will be challenged on a day to day basis, your assignments and priorities will look entirely different every 6 months, and this role comes with high visibility that matches the high expectations. If this notion is energizing and motivating, you’re in the right spot!
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Embed yourself in one of our core business functions and become its leader’s key partner in generating growth and value
- Seize opportunities to deliver day to day improvements to core processes and tangibly grow business results
- Evolve our user journey and user experience to provide best in class service to borrowers, brokers and capital partners
- Develop impactful and action oriented data reporting to support better decisioning
- Help generate and prioritize growth roadmap and interface with our Product and Technology teams
- Deliver large scale projects to level up the business function. From scoping, to implementation, to change management
Deliver transformational cross company projects, such as deploying new enterprise software, integrating new acquisitions or onboarding major whitelabel partners
- Coordinate a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, from senior leadership to front line staff, with sometimes conflicting perspectives and priorities
- Overcome complexity, ambiguity and obstacles to drive towards value and deliveryJump into unfamiliar territory and quickly become an expert to successfully lead a project to its conclusion
- Own the success of key enterprise level software: get the most of its implementation and use across the company
- Participate in defining Growth Operations ways of working, best practices, and interaction model with supporting functions and key stakeholders as we grow the function
