Le(La) gestionnaire de l’équipe de chantier HVDC/FACTS supervise l’équipe de chantier.
GE Grid System Integration Services Amérique du Nord aide ses clients avec la maintenance et l’opération de leurs systèmes HVDC et FACTS.
Notre équipe met en service, inspecte, maintient et répare les sous-stations HVDC et FACTS en Amérique du Nord et supporte occasionnellement les autres régions sur demande.
Dans l’équipe de Services nord-américaine, vous reporterez au gestionnaire des services pour les technologies HVDC et FACTS. Dans son équipe, vous superviserez l’équipe de chantier et serez en charge de la bonne exécution des activités chantier. #LI-ML2

The HVDC/FACTS Field Service Manager will supervise the field service group.
GE Grid System Integration Services North America supports its customers with their HVDC and FACTS system commissioning, maintenance and operation.
Our service commissions, inspects, maintains and repairs HVDC and FACTS solutions in North America and sometimes in other regions.
In GE Grid Services North America, you will report to the HVDC/FACTS Service Manager, you will supervise the field group and be in charge of the field activities.
In your role, you will have to supervise all the field specialists and be the guarantor of the good execution of site activities.
Job Description

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Holds a University degree specialized in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Field
Fluent in English and French
3 years of experience as team manager
Experience with Field activities (construction, services…) or Project execution
Have legal authorization to work in Canada and be aware that any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a pre-employment verification.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Gérer l’équipe de chantier, le développement des compétences de ses membres
S’assurer de charger l’équipe de chantier pour atteindre les objectifs de productivité
Anticiper la croissance du marché et de la demande. Développer des plans de développement des compétences et d’embauche pour suivre la croissance

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the field specialists, their personal and skill developments
Maintain the field group at the expected level of productivity
Anticipate the business development and develop staffing plans to support the growth
