Responsibilities:
· Collaborate on annual strategic, marketing and media planning for the brand
· Management of national projects, including menu launches and promotions, definition/planning, execution and analysis of results during quarterly marketing post-mortems
· Management of various digital platforms, including website and delivery partners, in collaboration with operations teams
· Participation in the implementation and execution of a customer data acquisition strategy and customer data platform
· Development of new markets, in collaboration with the Marketing Director and the Franchising Department
· Participation in the development and evaluation of new products (R&D)
· Collaborate with franchisees, operations teams, graphic designers, external agencies and suppliers to ensure that all marketing programs are consistent with the brand image
· Perform any other related tasks as requested by management
