Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a marketing calendar to support product launches and raise brand awareness across various channels.
- Align marketing strategies with business objectives to drive sales growth.
- Create and manage a promotional calendar that integrates the initiatives and goals of all business channels, including digital, wholesale, and international markets.
- Ensure all promotional activities adhere to brand guidelines and business goals.
- Build and manage the marketing budget.
- Allocate resources effectively to achieve sales targets and maximize ROI.
- Establish KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand the consumer landscape in each channel.
- Develop marketing plans based on insights gathered from market research.
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across all communication touchpoints.
- Ensure all marketing materials reflect the brand’s voice and tone.
- Write copy for packaging, product landing pages, and other marketing materials while maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone across all content.
- Plan and oversee photography and visual content creation based on the approved marketing plan.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure visual content aligns with marketing objectives.
- Oversee packaging development, product knowledge dissemination, sell sheets, POS materials, and catalogs.
- Ensure traditional marketing materials are in line with brand standards.
- Plan and execute trade show presence and creative activations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful trade show participation.
