WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO LGI HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

• Graduate degree in a field related to purchasing or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of IT procurement experience.
• Has worked with major resellers such as CDW, Softchoice, and Insight.
• Has negotiated agreements with Microsoft, Broadcom, IBM, Oracle, Kyndryl, Atlassian.
• Has procured mainframe hardware, software, and services.
• Has procured IT security hardware, software, and services.
• Has procured call center and cellular hardware, software, and services.
• Has procured data center equipment and co-location services, as well as communication links.
• Knowledge of vendor management, negotiation, and procurement processes.
• Able to lead strategic discussions and make strong recommendations.
• Ability to leverage intuition and experience to negotiate contracts.
• Leverages emotional intelligence to provide good customer service.
• Able to coordinate stakeholders and re-prioritize activities as needed.
• Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization, including executives.
• This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
