Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Governance & Improvement work group within the Quality Unit ensures the delivery of safe, effective, connected, and personalized care every day. This role focuses on supporting quality improvement through auditing, data analysis, and providing support to clinical and corporate areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand internal and external quality frameworks and standards
  • Promote and support GH audit schedule
  • Conduct audits, analyze data, and provide reports
  • Educate staff on electronic tools (e.g., RiskMan, GH Auditing Platform)
  • Support practice improvement and accreditation efforts
  • Facilitate quality activities and lead improvement groups
