Job Summary: The Warehouse 14 Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fabric, accessories, and cut goods warehouses. This role ensures optimal process flow, efficient personnel supervision, adherence to policies and procedures, and safeguarding of inventories and documents. The Warehouse Supervisor will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, cost-effective operations, and collaboration with other departments to resolve issues and enhance warehouse operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in a fabric or accessories warehouse.

SKILLS:

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in inventory management systems and Google Sheets.
Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

OTHER DUTIES:

Perform other duties and functions as assigned by the company from time to time.
