Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:

The GIS Analyst provides technical support for the operation and utilization of the Geographic Information System. As such, the GIS Analyst delivers technical expertise to both internal County departments and external Municipal Partner municipalities; providing data maintenance and integration, data analysis, map production, technical guidance and general assistance with other aspects of the GIS.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum two (2) years’ practical experience working with GIS Technology, including spatial data creation, cartographic and analytic productions.

  • Working knowledge of ESRI’s ArcGIS Enterprise minimum 10.9.1/11 or higher (Portal and Server, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Online).
