BUSINESS & REPORTING ANALYST

This is a hybrid position primarily based in Edinburgh. DESIRABLE:

• Proven record creating databases to store data in the most efficient way
• Understanding of demand and forecast management and willingness to support and train others in their use
• An understanding of Business Intelligence products and the underlying databases, with a focus on Microsoft Power BI
• Awareness of project management skills and techniques
• Ability to travel to Bristol (or other CPU locations) if required
  We are ideally looking for someone with a background in Cyber security, but any relevant technical experience may be considered. If you are a self-starter with a passion for technology and the ability to think strategically, we want to hear from you.

A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Business Analyst to join our small and dedicated team. This role will feature a 50/50 split between supporting our internal projects & stakeholders, which will require the ability to translate technical requirements into deliverables.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• define success criteria and proof of value
• effectively manage stakeholders
• creation, maintenance, and improvement of our monthly reports from various sourcesaggregate monthly reports into packs for our key executives using Power BI

WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE ROLE?

This role requires proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technical field, preferably in Information Security/Cyber Security.
Ability to aggregate and apply different reporting methods including Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel to various collections of data producing dynamic dashboards facilitating self-serve, 24/7 reporting and static PowerPoint reports.
